Easy Fincorp Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/05/2026 inter alia to consider and approve The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended on 31st March 2026.Further in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and in terms of the Companys Insider Trading Prohibition Code we have already intimated to the Stock Exchange vide our letter ref. no. EFL/2025-26/42 dated 24th March 2026 relating to closure of Trading Window and the same shall continue to remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives till 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Results.
