Please refer to our letter dated 6th May 2019 intimating your good office about initiation of CIRP in respect of M/s. Gopala Polyplast Limited (Corporate Debtor) under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Code) by order of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) with effect from 2nd May 2019.
After resignation of Mr. Ketankumar R. Vala Company Secretary & Compliance w.e.f. 14th April 2019 the Board of the Company was in the process of identifying and appointing Company Secretary to fill the consequent vacancy. After initiation of CIRP the Resolution Professional has taken charge of management of affairs of the Company w.e.f. 2nd May 2019. The Resolution Professional is still in the process of identifying and appointing a candidate for the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
In view of the same we request you to kindly waive the penalty levied and we undertake to make compliance of Regulation 6(1) at the earliest.
