As per Companys Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Provision of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities by the specified persons shall remain closed from Tuesday 4th February 2020 to Sunday 16th February 2020 (both days inclusive).
