GTN Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday the 12th day of Aug 2026 to consider Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 among other matters.As intimated vide our letter REF:GTN:SE/Reg.7(2)/2026-27 dated 23rd June 2026 in terms of the requirements of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention Of Insider Trading pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for trading in securities of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from July 01 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for quarter ended June 30 2026
