Franklin Templeton To Merge More Schemes

Templeton Mutual Fnd has decided to merge Franklin India Growth Fund and Franklin India Taxshield 95 into Franklin India Prima Plus with effect from July 30, 2004.

The Dividend Payout Option and Dividend Reinvestment Option under Franklin India Growth Fund will be merged into the respective options of Franklin India Prima Plus. While, Franklin India Taxshield 95 will be merged into the Dividend reinvestment Option of Franklin India Prima Plus.

However, the investment objectives and the asset allocation pattern of Franklin India Prima Plus will remain unchanged.
