We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to the provision of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 the "Record Date" has been fixed as Wednesday 23rd September 2026 for the purpose of determining the entitlement of members for payment of dividend at the rate of 10% each for the financial year 2025-26 if any subject to approval by the member at their ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting of the company.
