Hiran Orgochem Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2015 to September 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2015.
Further, the Voting Rights of the Members shall be reckoned as on August 28, 2015 which is the cut off date.
