Change in the Registered office of the company from One State to Another.5. Conduct Postal Ballot by means of E-voting for obtaining approval of the members of the Company6. Appointment of Mrs. Vishakha Agrawal of M/s Vishakha Agrawal& Associates Practicing Company Secretaries as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the Postal Ballot by the means of evoting in a fair and transparent manner.7.
