With reference to the above subject we herewith inform the Exchanges that pursuant to Regulation 9(1) read with Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the amendments of code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Insiders and code of Fair Disclosures for dealing in Unpublished Price Sensitive Information trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st October 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026 for all the designated persons their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said code.
