IFGL Refractories: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR 2015 and further to our letters dated 22nd April 2026 and 8th August 2026 kindly be informed that Mr Ashok Kumar Kedia Vice President of Finance (also IFGL USA Group Finance Head ) and Mr Frank Mitchell Vice President of Manufacturing of Mono Ceramics Inc (hereinafter referred to as MCI) a Material Subsidiary of the Company in US been promoted and appointed as Co - Presidents of MCI effective from 16th August 2026. This appointment follows cessation of Mr Mukesh Harshadrai Rawal as President of MCI with effect from close of 15th August 2026 which was intimated to Stock Exchanges vide our earlier disclosures dated 22nd April 2026 and 8th August 2026. Brief Profile each of Mr Ashok Kumar Kedia and Mr Frank Mitchell is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
