As on date there is no information /announcement (including impending announcement) which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price behavior in the Companys scrip.Further as disclosed to the BSE on 19th July 2022 about final hearing of petition for amalgamation of the Company with Indo Count Industries Limited Holding Company scheduled on 10th August 2022 the matter was heard and kept Reserved for Orders and there are no further developments thereafter.
