Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that an order has been issued by Additional Commissioner CGST Jaipur Rajasthan towards alleged shortfall of taxes for the period November 2020 to November 2021 and demanded tax and penalty aggregating to ~ INR 27.72 Crore plus applicable interest.The company is in the process of evaluating the order and deciding the future course of action. In respect of the captioned matter I the undersigned state and declare that the information and details provided in Form A in compliance with Regulation 30(13) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is true correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
