HRU & Associates Practising Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor for conducting the Secretarial Audit of the Company and to hold the office for the term of 5 (Five) consecutive years effective from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31 based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.
