Birla Precision Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Kasturirangan Narayanan as an Additional Director w.e.f. July 27, 2015 on the board of the Company. The Board has considered him as an Independent Director in term of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
