Sat Industries Ltd has informed BSE that w.e.f. November 30, 2015, Aeroflex International Limited - engaged in manufacturing of machine parts and tools and engineering products made of steel has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company consequent upon acquisition of 10,00,000 no. of equity shares (100%). On November 30, 2015 Company acquired further 64979 (3.83%) equity shares of M/s. Genext Students Limited and 63333 (3.04%) equity shares of M/s. Italica Furniture Private Limited.
