Further the Board designated Mr. Vijay Kumar Deekonda Whole Time Director (DIN: 06991267) of the company as compliance officer of the company and he will be responsible for all compliance related matters and Investor Relations till the time the Board appoints a Company Secretary of the Company under section 203 of the Companies Act 2013
