RSWM Limited has informed BSE that the Company has fixed May 22, 2015 as record date for the purpose of allotment of Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (OCPRS) of the Company under scheme of arrangement as approved by Honorable High Coutr(s), to the shareholders of Cheslind Textiles Limited in the ratio of 1 (one) fully paid Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (OCPRS) of Rs. 7.50 each at par of RSWM for every 1 (one) fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held in Cheslind Textiles Limited .
