With reference to the above we wish to inform you that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remian closed from 21st September 2026 to 30th September 2026 for the purpose of 36th AGM of the Company to be held on 30th September 2026.
