This is to inform you that pursuant to the code of fair disclosure internal procedures and conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders (the Code) of the Company and the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading Window shall remain close with effect from 01st July 2025 till completion of 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2025.
