Accordingly the proposed shifting of the Registered Office to the aforesaid new address shall not be given effect to and the Registered Office of the Company shall continue at its existing address: 37 Second Floor Rani Jhansi Road Motia Khan Paharganj New Delhi - 110055. The Company hereby requests you to take the above withdrawal on record.
