Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Mr. Shekhar R Singh has ceased to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from conclusion of business hours of September 30 2021.
The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his responsibilities w.e.f. September 30 2021. His successor shall be appointed shortly and same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
