Pursuant to regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Resolution Professional on Wednesday, the 13th December 2017, will consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2017, duly authenticated and signed by the authorized officials of the Company as per law. Subsequently these financial results will be filed with the stock exchange.
Further, as per the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from December 06, 2017 to December 15, 2017 [both days inclusive] for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017.
