In continuation to our earlier letter dated 26.04.2023 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing and Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is to inform that Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting held today i.e. Monday 29th May 2023 (meeting commenced at 05:00 P.M. and concluded at 08:45 P.M.) has considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2023 after review by the Audit Committee. A copy of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2023 along with auditors report thereon is enclosed herewith.
