As informed earlier on 17th May,2018.As company is under corporate Insolvency Resolution by the order of NCLT,we are facing difficulties to get the audit of accounts of the company so we requested you to permit us to file audited results on or before 31st August,2018.However we will try our best to submit unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March,2018as soon as possible.
