This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on today i.e. Friday, 18th January, 2019 have considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months 31st December, 2018.
Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 for your information and record.
