At the Board Meeting held on March 25, 2014, the following matter was discussed.
Mr. Subodh Maskara, who was earlier Director of the Company is not associated with the Company as Director with effect from September 30, 2013. The Board further noted that Mr. Maskara holds 804,600 equity shares in the Company constituting 0.66% of the total equity share capital of the Company and is not involved in the management or day to day affairs of the Company. In light of the aforesaid, the Board determined that Mr. Maskara is no longer a promoter of the Company with immediate effect.
