DFL Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2016 have approved the following:
1. Mr. Balasubramanian Ramaiah, who holds the position as Director of the Company is re-designated as Wholetime Director of the Company with effect from March 18, 2016.
2. Mr. Sreenivasan Balachander, Managing Director and Mr. Bakthavathsalu Prakash, Director have resigned from the Board with effect from March 18, 2016.
