This is in continuation to our previous disclosures regarding the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP") of Baron Infotech Limited.We wish to inform you that the Honble NCLT Hyderabad Bench-II vide its written order dated. September 8 2026 in IA(IBC)(Plan)/03/2026 and the said order has been updated on NCLT Website @ 17:53:24 IST on Sep 8 2026 has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by M/s. Innopark (India) Private Limited Successful Resolution Applicant ("SRA") under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 ("IBC").The application filed by Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda un-successful Resolution Applicant challenging the approval of Resolution Plan of Innopark has been dismissed with costs and the Intervention Application filed by Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda has become infructuous.A copy of the orders passed by Honble NCLT Hyderabad Bench is attached herewith for dissemination on the BSE website.You are requested to take the above info on record.
