The Board of Directors of Kota Tools India Ltd, at the meeting held recently, have approved the appointment of Mr Pramod Kaushal as an Independent Director of the company.
Mr Kaushal, a qualified MBA (Finance) and B.Tech has had a distinguished career for almost four decades. He has proven track record of handling projects, technical operations and business expansion of leading hospitality and real estate leaders in India. He has previously worked with Lourve Hotels Group, DLF, Jaypee and ITC.
