TPL Plastech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve and discuss the proposal for merger of the Company (Transferor Company i.e. TPL) into Time Technoplast Limited (Transferee Company listed with BSE Limited & NSE) the holding company which holds a 74.86% stake in TPL subject to obtaining all necessary statutory and regulatory approvals.
