Rishiroop Rubber International Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed December 26, 2014 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the members, to cast their vote through postal ballot/E-voting, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under. The notice for the purpose of passing the Resolution shall be sent in due course of time.
The Company would be availing e-voting Services of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).
