In terms of Regulation 30 and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 enclosed herewith are the copies of the Newspaper Advertisement published in Newspapers - Active Times (English) and Mumbai Lakshdeep (Marathi) on August 01 2025 in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 read with the IEPF Authority Rules 2016. Kindly note that the Company has also completed the dispatch of physical letters on July 31 2025 to the concerned shareholders whose dividend remains unpaid/unclaimed for seven or more consecutive years and whose shares are liable to be transferred to the IEPF Authority as per Section 124(6) of the Companies Act 2013 read with IEPF Rules 2016 as amended from time to time.
