We hereby intimate your good office that CIRP has been initiated in respect of JAYBHARAT TEXTILES AND REAL ESTATE LIMITED under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Code) by an order of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) order dated 03rd January 2020 and order received on 09th January 2020.
As per section 17 of Code the powers of the board of JAYBHARAT TEXTILES AND REAL ESTATE LIMITED (the corporate debtors) stand suspended and such powers shall be vested with Mr.Naren Seth INTERIM RESOLUTION PROFESSIONAL having IP Registration No. IP/P-00133-IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00133/2017-2018/10275 appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional.
