The 26th Meeting of the Consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Videocon Industries Limited and other 12 Videocon group companies having a consolidated corporate insolvency resolution process has been rescheduled and the same shall now be held on Saturday February 5 2022 at 12:00 hours through Video Conferencing in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016.
