Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that M/s. SHR & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 120491W) have resigned from the post of Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2021-2022 with immediate effect. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 15 2021 have considered & accepted their resignation and relieved them from their responsibilities.
Further pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 there is no any material reason for the resignation other than the reason as stated in the resignation letter received from the Internal Auditor.
