The Company has informed that as per Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons (the Code) framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including the amendment(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof) the Trading Window close period for dealing in securities of the Company commences with immediate effect till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2019.
