2. Independent Auditors report for the year ended 31st March 2020 (copy enclosed)
3. Took on record the mail sent to SEBI on 25th May 2020 by Mr. D. Sudhakara Reddy with
regard to demitting his office as Chairman and MD
4. Noted the resignation of Mr. D. Sudhakara Reddy as Managing Director with effect from
26th June 2020
