The Exchange has sought clarification from IDFC Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Asian Age on December 11, 2014 titled 'Essar Oil to sign 10-year deal with Rosneft today.' which inter-alia states 'Meanwhile, the Russian Direct Investment Fund will team up with Indias IDFC to invest $1 billion in hydropower.'
