Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Members at its 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Monday 25th September 2023 have approved the Re-appointment of Suhas Balkrishna Jande (DIN: 08384902) as Whole-Time Director of the Company for a further period of 2 (two) consecutive years w.e.f. 27th March 2023 to 26th March 2025.
