2. Mr. Pradeep Mallick as Director and
3. Mr. Anand Tandon, as Managing Director.
Further the Company has informed that, the resignations of Mr. Rahul Bhasin and Mr. Anand Tandon shall be effective subject to the approval of Stock Exchanges.
