With reference to the earlier disclosure dated August 14 2024 and August 25 2026 we wish to inform you that the company had issued the AGM Notice and subsequent corrigendum thereto which were circulated to the shareholder of the Company in this regard the company wishes to provide clarification regarding (a) change in controls or management and (b) interim use of proceeds mentioned in Item No. 8 of the explanatory statement of the AGM Notice. This clarification is being issued for the information of the Stock Exchanges and the Shareholders of the Company.
