Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 read with rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) and Clause 42 (2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are submitting that the Share transfer books and Register of Members of the Company will remain close from 24 August 2026 till 31 August 2026 for the purpose of forthcoming AGM of the Company to be held on 31st August 2026.
