We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today the 15th June 2026 fixed Wednesday July 08 2026 as Cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to cast their votes through remote e-voting and e-voting during the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Remote e-voting period shall commence on Sunday July 12 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and end on Tuesday July 14 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST).
