Parabolic Drugs Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2020 be considered and disseminated on Thursday 12th November 2020.
Pursuant to letter dated 25th September 2020; It is further informed that in terms of the provisions of Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations 2015; issued by Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday September 26 2020 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2020 to the stock exchanges.
