In accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Friday, September 21, 2018 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Dividend to Shareholders.
The Members, whose name appears on Record of Depositories as on September 21, 2018 would be entitled to receive Dividend.
