As required under the above referred regufation, we certify as follows;
The Company has appointed CB Managenrent Services (P) Ltd. as the Registrar and $hare Transfer Agent ("RTA") of the Company.
The RTA is registered with Securities and Exchange Board of lndia ("SEBl) vide registralion no.1NR000003324 dated 19m June, 2012 having permanent regisiration.
That all activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facility are being duly maintained by the RTA.
