the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st January 2024 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 to monitor and report the trading by Designated Depositories. The trading window shall be opened after passing 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 2023 shall be approved.
