"This is with reference to the Companys Corporate Announcements dated September 20 2019 disseminated by the Exchange at 15:37:56 pertaining to Revised Record Date on 03.10.2019 for Reduction of Capital.
Considering that an appeal before the Honble Karnataka High Court is pending and it may challenge the SAT Order dated September 04 2019 SEBI has informed that any steps taken by the Exchange to take on the record date will result into public shareholding of the Company as zero and accordingly has directed the Exchange to keep the record date of the Company in abeyance.
In light of the aforesaid direction issued by SEBI the Exchange is not in a position to take on the record date at present."
