Premier Explosives Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in this connection and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company?s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, from May 17, 2016 to May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive), for all Directors and designated employees.
