Piramal Phytocare
This is to inform that the National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench (NCLT) has vide its Order dated 4th November 2019 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Piramal Enterprises Limited with Piramal Phytocare Limited and their respective shareholders. A certified copy of the Order of the NCLT is attached herewith.
The Scheme will become effective upon filing of the certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
